And maybe you all ready drink green juices which is great. But to really benefit from  the nutrients vegetables and fruits have to offer you need their fiber. Unfortunately that is lost in the juicing process.

Takes about 5 minutes to make. They actually taste good. And are good enough for kids (except the one with green tea, I repeat do not give your kid green tea;)

Below are 3 green recipes smoothies you should try next time you need a quick detox and energy boost. (The third drink on here is my favorite and currently my daily morning drink)

1. Cool Green  Detox​

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Kiwi , peeled
1 Tablespoon of fresh Cilantro​
1/2 Green Apple, diced 
Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon)
1 Cup of Distilled Water

Directions:
1. Rinse all ingredients toss in blender and blend for 30- 1 minute.
2. Serve and enjoy!

2. Sweet Rejuvenator

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Spinach
2 Tablespoons of Parsley
1 Bosc Pear, diced
3 Large stems of fresh Mint
1 Cup of Distilled Water

Directions:
1. Rinse all ingredients toss in blender and blend for 30 -1 minute. Add more water if too thick for your preference.
2. Serve and enjoy!

3. Green Master Energizer​

Ok first off I know what your thinking. "Hey buddy this doesn't look too green!". I can explain.

First there is "green" tea in it. And secondly just that 1 teaspoon of Moringa gives a huge nutritional boost to this drink. If you want to know more about Moringa click here.

Ingredients:
Half Grapefruit, peeled and chopped up
1 Teaspoon Moringa Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 Cup Green Tea, cooled down

Directions:
1.​ Boil one cup of water, pour in cup and steep one green tea bag. Let cool down.
2. Add all the ingredients into blender with green tea, if tea is still warm add some ice cubes. Blend.
3. Serve and enjoy the energy boost!
