Today I'm going to give you 5 easy to make recipes where you can incorporate apple cider vinegar into your own delicious homemade remedies. If you choose to make your own recipes as far as dosage I would recommend between 1-2 tablespoons per serving with your choice liquid mixture (always dilute it with some other form of liquid).  And always rinse your mouth with a cup of water after using.

A few points on using apple cider vinegar safely.  More is definitely not better, using too much can burn your throat. Not diluting it enough or not rinsing your mouth with water afterwards may cause your teeth enamel to weaken over time. Also since it has the potential to lower your blood sugar levels if you are diabetic I would definitely  monitor closely.

Apple cider vinegar tea

1. Apple Cider Vinegar Green Tea

​Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Green Tea
A good squeeze of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of raw honey
Directions
Heat 1 cup of water and steep green tea for a few minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients into cup of green tea, stir and enjoy ( you can add ice an enjoy as a cold tea as well).

2. Your Mid-day ACV Water Boost

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
8 oz. of water
Juice of half a lemon
Pinch of cayenne
1/2 teaspoon of raw honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients into large glass stir and enjoy.

3. ACV Cranberry Zing

Ingredients
1-2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 Cup of water
2 teaspoon of raw honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a large enough container (16-24 oz.)
note: Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants and also are beneficial to urinary tract, digestive, and heart health.

4. Bomb ACV Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 teaspoon of raw honey
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in jar or bottle and shake.
Use what you need and store the rest in the fridge.

5. ACV Wellness Shots​

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups of Filtered Water
7 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
5 Tablespoons of collagen
1 tablespoon of raw honey
Directions
Combine and shake all ingredients in a large (think mason jar).
Store in fridge
Makes about 5 servings, you can pour in shot glass or small glass and take once a day.
note: Collagen is rich in the amino acids and proline, which are especially beneficial for bones, joints, cartilage, skin cells, hair and nails.
