Abs Workout

Abs are made in the kitchen, but they are sculpted by movements. Today one of our teammates (MMA fighter) David will show you an Abs Workout At Home  that you can do in just 15 minutes.

To get started first do a quick warm up. 30 Jumping Jacks. 20 Squats. 10 Push Ups. Repeat three times.

Abs Workout At Home -
15 Circuit

You will perform each exercise for 20 seconds then​ rest 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

Once you've done the last exercise rest depending on your fitness level before continuing to the next round. Three Rounds Total.

Beginner - Rest 1 Minute in Between Rounds
Intermediate - Rest 30 Seconds in Between Rounds
Advanced - No Rest

Sit Ups for 20 Seconds - Rest 10 seconds​

Flutter Kicks for 20 Seconds -
Rest 10 seconds​

Russian Twists for 20 Seconds -
Rest 10 seconds​

Plank With March for 20 Seconds -
Rest 10 seconds​

Bicycle Crunch for 20 Seconds -
Rest 10 seconds​

Reverse Crunch for 20 Seconds -
Rest 10 seconds​

Side Plank + Hip Dip (each side)for
20 Seconds - Rest 10 seconds​

Depending on your fitness level  rest accordingly before continuing to the next round. 3 Rounds Total.

Beginner - Rest 1 Minute in Between Rounds
Intermediate - Rest 30 Seconds in Between Rounds
Advanced - No Rest

Conclusion

If you want a slim waist and strong abs add this abs workout at home to your weekly routine. The sooner you start the sooner you'll start seeing results...But very important..
