If you are looking for a quick and easy way to jump start your health a 7 day clean eating challenge is by far one of the healthiest ways to do it. Unlike trendy cleanses or fad diets starting a clean eating habit will leave your body with longer lasting positive effects.

If you have tried some other types of challenges you know what I mean. At the beginning you feel great and you do see some changes in your body, but once you stop that program (which isn't meant for you to stay on too long anyways) you usually end up gaining back the unwanted weight you lost and/or the symptoms you had. And why is that?

Because most other programs aren't meant to nourish your body, they are usually meant to cleanse or have you eating a lot less food than your body should eat (that's why you lose weight). But as you'll see with clean eating its different.

Clean eating is a simple solution to today's over processed and over consumption way of eating. You'll learn to actually nourish your body with food, minus the starving. And what ends up happening is quite amazing, your body's main cleansing organs (liver, kidneys, and lymph system) begin to actually be able to their job. And that is, to keep your body in balance and good health.

Simple Rules To Follow:

  • Choose organic when possible (or at least avoid the dirty dozen)
  • Avoid highly processed foods with tons of preservatives
  • Avoid foods high in refined sugar (snacks or drinks especially)
  • Avoid All wheat products
  • Eat one to two fist fulls of veggies with your meals
  • Eat smaller more frequent meals
  • Drink at least 3 Liters of water
  • Eat with gratitude, then next 7 days you will be giving your body lots of nourishment
