Within the last year I have noticed a huge rise in Apple Cider Vinegar drink recipes and uses. From health blogs, fitness magazines, Huffington post, to local news. They have all covered the amazing benefits apple cider vinegar has to offer you.

In this blog post I'll simply touch on a few benefits, but if you really want to know more about the benefits check out this past post here. This post isn't really about the benefits.

Today I'm simply going to give you a better way to consume and mask the harsh taste, because after all it's Vinegar! I mean really, this is what it's come to...We're drinking vinegar now a days to have good health.

Yup thanks a lot McDonalds and your evil clown for trying to ruin our health....I digress...

This morning cocktail has many benefits to offer you. From aiding in weight loss, lowering cholesterol, and assisting your liver to detox. 

I'm going to quickly give you some of the benefits from each ingredients in this healthy apple cider vinegar drink which I like to call Kung Fu Tonic.

So some of the benefits from using apple cider vinegar are:

Another key ingredient in this drink is Grapefruit. The benefits of consuming grapefruit are:

  • Contains glutathione which helps boost immunity and assist in cleansing your liver
  • High amounts of Vitamin C and antioxidants

The lemons within this drink help:

  • Stimulate your liver and get rid of toxins
  • Also provide of antioxidants and Vitamin C

The beet greens within this drink help:

  • High amounts of Vitamin A to help strengthen your immune system and fight free radicals
  • Great source of calcium to boost bone strength

How To Make An 
Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Without The Harsh Taste

Enter the Kung Fu Tonic

Ingredients:
1/2 Whole Lemon, peeled
1/2 Grapefruit, peeled
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar 
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
1 Cup Beet Greens
1 teaspoon of Honey
1 Cup of Distilled Water

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 30 - 60 seconds.
2. Serve and enjoy.​
