5 Ways To Boost Your Immunity Using Apple Cider Vinegar
An interesting fact about the "flu season" that most of us don't know is that it is our immune system's inability to adapt. This is usually caused by not drinking enough water, consuming high amounts of sugar and stress. So what can you do about this?
First look at your diet and remove harmful foods (if you need guidance for that check out this post). Second and very important action is to build up your immune system to have a strong resistance. This is where Apple Cider Vinegar comes in.
Apple cider vinegar has been used for over 5000 years as a medicinal vinegar. It was used during the civil war to disinfect wounds and Japanese Samurais drank it for strength and power. Hippocrates (father of western medicine) used it to treat various different conditions ranging from fractures to ulcers.
Some Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar
Today I'm going to give you 5 easy to make recipes where you can incorporate apple cider vinegar into your own delicious homemade remedies. If you choose to make your own recipes as far as dosage I would recommend between 1-2 tablespoons per serving with your choice liquid mixture (always dilute it with some other form of liquid). And always rinse your mouth with a cup of water after using.
Apple Cider Vinegar Side Effects
A few points on using apple cider vinegar safely. More is definitely not better, using too much can burn your throat. Not diluting it enough or not rinsing your mouth with water afterwards may cause your teeth enamel to weaken over time. Also since it has the potential to lower your blood sugar levels if you are diabetic I would definitely monitor closely.
