7 Minute anti-inflammatory home remedy tonic

Is it just me or does it seem like now a days the majority of people you encounter are dealing with some sort of inflammation in their life? That's why I want to share with you one of my go to tonic recipes my -> 7 minute anti-inflammatory home remedy tonic.

It falls right into the 3 main categories I like to bring to health and nutrition; simple, nourishing and delicious.

So many doctors believe that behind every major disease lies chronic inflammation. (heart disease & cancer)

Now some of the major causes of inflammation are diet, environmental factors, and stress. These play a big role in the amount of inflammation our body not only produces but also how it handles it...

So why is it important to keep inflammation down or stopping it from turning into chronic inflammation?

Well here is a short list of what some of those chronic inflammatory diseases turn into:

- asthma.
- chronic peptic ulcer.
- tuberculosis.
- rheumatoid arthritis.
- chronic periodontitis.
- ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
- chronic sinusitis.
- chronic active hepatitis

Just to name a few...

Now I don't want you to think that all inflammation is bad, because it's not. Inflammation is actually your body's natural defense mechanism to injury, infection or any other harmful situation your body might be going through.  

When it turns into a long term scenario that's when diseases and other harmful conditions arise. That's why it's good to have a plan to regulate inflammation.

Today I want to give you another tool (home remedy) you can use to keep your inflammation levels low.

Here is a simple to make 7 minute anti-inflammatory home remedy tonic you can drink anytime you need some extra support relieving inflammation or as prevention.

Now while this anti-inflammtory tonic will help reduce inflammation to get the best results you really need remove inflammatory causing foods from your diet as well such as bread, milk, cheese, and legumes. Or at least try to minimize those foods if you know that you have inflammation already.

Here's is what you need to make this home remedy tonic.

1. Low Sodium Chicken Bone Broth
Organic Turmeric
Powdered Ginger
Dulse Powder
Sea Salt
6. Cayenne Powder
6. 1/2 Lemon


1. Pour 2 cups of chicken bone broth into small pot on medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes turn off stove top.
3. Add 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric powder into pot.
4. Add 1 Tablespoon of Powdered Ginger into pot.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of Dulse powdered into pot.
6. Add lemon juice and pinch of cayenne, pinch of sea salt.
7. Stir, serve and enjoy!
