There is no need for you cardio workout to be long unless you're training for a long distance competition. Shorter and more intense session will increase your conditioning faster and allow you to burn fat quicker.

Don't believe me? Google "long distance runner" then look up "short distance sprinter". You'll notice one is ripped with lean muscle and the other is thin...

I have nothing against long distance runners, I actually admire their mental will power to run for such distances.

I just appreciate being efficient when it comes to exercising. Why do more if you don't need to right?

So without further delay below is a video of our teammate Laquann demonstrating a full body cardio workout. Watch and enjoy!

Oh but first please warm up before starting. 
Simply do 50 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 squats and some active stretching.

Move on to the next exercise without stopping. Repeat for 5 Complete Rounds  

10 High Kees
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
10 Lunges - each leg

Rest 1 minute then continue on to next round.​ 5 rounds total.

Conclusion

If you just tried this workout out you can feel the effects it. You'll keep benefiting from this workout for the next 24 hours. As it's turning on your body fat burning mechanisms. 

If you start adding shorter more intense workouts to your weekly routine a long with a good clean eating diet you'll start notice great transformation start happening to your body.​
