“There is a fountain of youth: it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age.” - Sophia Loren

And if you really want your skin to look younger I recommend you start consuming beef bone broth on the regular.  - ME

The quest for that "fountain of youth" has been going on since the beginning of time... The first form of plastic surgery of sorts was seen as the painting of sarcophagus (Egyptian tombs).

It is said that the royalties that were buried in then had the outer lids painted like a younger and more beautiful version of themselves.

So for your quest of the fountain of youth I'm going to give you a recipe that you can make for yourselves to help you achieve a healthier and more vibrant skin starting today.

I'm talking about beef bone broth. Yes this century old recipe that has been passed on from generation to generation, every culture has their version of it.

At first thought if you are not to familiar with beef bone broth recipes you might be a bit grossed out by the thought of bone soup. But let me tell, when cooked right this is one of the tastiest soups you'll ever have.

But first, how can beef bone broth help make you look younger?

There are 3 main natural ingredients that are found in beef bone broth that make it the perfect skin food. These 3 ingredients are glycine, proline, and collagen. All together they give your skin the nourishment it needs to improve elasticity and keep away wrinkles.

As you age your skin starts to naturally loose its collagen, thus loosing its smooth and tight integrity. By adding beef bone broth to your diet at least once a week you'll can make sure you are feeding your body and skin the minerals it needs to look younger.
