How many times have said to yourself. "If I only had time to workout I would?" Well I'll can help fix that. Here is a great full body workout you can add when you are feeling pressed for time.
It will take you about 15 minute to complete and you don't even have to leave your house. As long as you have room to move around a bit you're good..But please at least put on some pants for your pet's sake...
This routine is designed to to target your whole body you can use this as a quick fat burning fix or you can add it as a good finishing cardio after your weight session.

Beginners - Rest 1 Minute In Between Rounds
Intermediate - Rest 30 Seconds In Between Rounds
Advanced - No Rest
First warm up
30 Jumping Jacks and 30 knee raises (running in place). Repeat 3 times.
Complete 5 Rounds Total
1. Push Ups -5
2. Crunches -10
3. Squats - 15
4. Lunges - 5 Each Leg
5. Power Jacks - 10
6. Reverse Crunches - 5
Hope you give this quick full body workout a try. No matter what your fitness level is this is a great quick fix when your schedule is too tight to get to the gym.
Also know that the hardest part of finding time to workout is just getting started. So just get up and move. Start on the beginner level and slowly work you're way up.
