Summer is just around the corner and what better time to enjoy some healthy thirst quenching sorbets. That's why today I want to share with you this list of 11 Healthy and Rich Sorbet Recipes (perfect) for Summer.

Once you try one of these recipes you'll discover that there exist such a thing as a healthy treat. These sorbet recipes are great way to introduce kids or picky eaters to clean eating foods. 

Even though these sorbet recipes have mostly fruit in them I would still limit these to one a day if you are wanting to lose weight. When you consume  fructose (sugars in fruits) your liver turns that excess sugars into fat.

So eat and enjoy with caution...or do 20 jump squats before eating and that will make sure it goes into your muscle instead of creating fat.
