Moringa or to be botanically correct Moringa Oleifera is a plant native to northern India. The benefits of Moringa have been praised for hundreds of years for its healing properties and nutritional value.
It's been a popular rising "superfood" since it was mentioned on The Dr. OZ Show a few years ago. Mostly for its natural energy boost it gives and powerful antioxidants, but there are also a few more health benefits Moringa has to offer you.
I stumbled across this potent plant about 8 years ago when a group of friends and I were really into researching and finding the most potent healing plants, mushrooms, and foods from around the world. We found many jewels that later became quite popular in health scenes.
During all the research we were doing Moringa kept standing out. We kept finding remarkable cases of it healing uses in India, Africa, and through out the caribbean.
For instance in one study, women found that taking 7 grams (1.5 teaspoons) of Moringa leaf powder every day for three months significantly increased blood antioxidants levels.
The more we looked into its bio-chemical properties the more it revealed to us how powerful the whole plant was. The leaves holding the most nutritional and healing value, the bark and sap are good wound healers, the seeds having strong cleansing abilities to purify the most un-clean water.
Today its most commonly used in a powder form as a supplement. To get the most benefits you simply add 1 teaspoon a day and then graduate to 2 teaspoons a day to your drink or food.
Be warned more is not better with this plant! I learned the hard way...
Did I mention it has strong cleansing abilities. Especially when taken in large amounts. Like taking two tablespoons then going to City Hall to get a business license. And all of a sudden...
